Yesterday on his website, bradpaisley.com, Brad Paisley revealed the name of his and wife Kimberly Williams-Paisley’s new son. The healthy baby — named Jasper Warren Paisley — was born the morning of April 17 at a Nashville area hospital. Jasper Paisley has an older brother, William Huckleberry – “Huck” – born in February, 2007.
According to US magazine, Jasper takes his middle name from Brad’s grandfather — who gave Brad his first guitar and encouraged him to pursue a career in music.
Most recently, Kimberly starred on the hit ABC sitcom “According to Jim,” for which she also directed three episodes. In addition, she is an award-winning short features director and has appeared in several feature films, most notably “Father of the Bride.”
Brad is the reigning ACM and CMA Male Vocalist and has sold over 10 million albums, has thirteen No. 1 Singles with a record-setting nine consecutive. His American Saturday Night Tour will kick-off June 5 and his next Arista Nashville album by the same name, will be released on June 30.
