What’s really cool about this job is that you get exposed to artists, music and projects that you might not hear about otherwise.  This is one of those moments.   Jamie Tate is an aspiring new artist who is pursuing a law degree and her country music dream at the same time.  Quite a combination and one smart lady if you ask me.

Back in March of this year Jamie set out to record a very special track with the world-renowned 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus.  “I’ll Give My All” is a  powerful song that takes a unique approach to honoring our troops. The beautifully shot video for the song tells the story of a young girl who grows up and follows in her father’s footsteps by serving in the military.  Watch the video »

The recording is part of  a unique promotion that is aiming to distribute the song to one million service men and women stationed near and far — for free.   A portion of the “I’ll Give My All” project’s proceeds also benefits the Wounded Warrior Project for the 82nd Airborne, the USO of NC and the Military Family Lifestyle Charitable Foundation. “I am extremely excited for my song to be a part of this project,” says Tate. “The idea that a song I recorded could reach so many people through the ‘I’ll Give My All’ campaign is really humbling. So many people have worked a lot of long hours and traveled a lot of miles to make this happen, because we all believe in it. I’d also like to give a huge thank you to the 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus for making this project extra special.”

Jamie along with the 82nd Airborne All-American Chorus will be performing on the 4th of July for the troops stationed at Ft. Bragg in her native North Carolina.
