46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards to Air on April 3, 2011

Country Music’s Party of the Year®, the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, honoring country music’s top talent and the industry’s hottest emerging talent, will be broadcast LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 3rd, 2011 at 8:00 PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network. In addition, the Academy will tape an all-star concert special, Girls’ Night Out: Superstar Women of Country at the same location Monday, April 4th, 2011 to air at a later date on the CBS Television Network.  Both shows are produced for television by dick clark productions.

Tickets for both events go on sale Wednesday, January 19th, 2011 at 10:00 AM PT.  For event and ticket information and hotel availability for both the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards and Girls’ Night Out: Superstar Women of Country log onto  Tickets are available for purchase to professional members and to fans who have joined the ACM A-List from January 19th through February 18th after which tickets are available to the public without a special code.  Country fans may sign up for the ACM A-List for free at to receive the ticket purchase code and information on discounted room rates at MGM Grand, based on availability.
