Last year, Martina McBride announced she was leaving her longtime label, RCA, and signing with Republic Nashville Records, part of the indie powerhouse label family that also includes Big Machine Records and the Valory Music Co. She’s spent the past few months in a recording studio in Atlanta working on her new album with producer Byron Gallimore. What will the record sound like?
