Congrats to Josh Kelley and his wife, actress Katherine Heigl! The couple adopted a second daughter, reports People magazine. While no further details are available at this time, the little girl no doubt has a proud big sister in 3-year-old Naleigh Moon, whom Josh and Katherine adopted from South Korea in 2009.
