George Jones has put his Williamson County, Tennessee home on the auction block, reports MusicRow. This isn’t the first time George and his wife Nancy have tried to sell the property. Last year, the couple listed the home for $15 million through Bailey & Ivy Realtors. J.P. King Auction Company will handle the sale.

Nestled on 78 acres, the 9,700 square foot home comes with two guest residences and a stable, among its amenities. The home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms a well as two lakes, according to the Nashville Post. The home is located in the Nestledown Farms subdivision.

George has spent time hospitalized in recent weeks. In Late May, he was released from a Nashville-area hospital after receiving treatment for an upper respiratory infection, which he was first hospitalized for in late March. He has canceled his concert dates through June to continue to recover.
