Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley Discuss Heartache on Noteworthy At The Opry

Heartache has inspired many a country song and on this week’s episode of Noteworthy At The Opry, stars discuss both the painful and inspirational sides of having a broken heart. Carrie Underwood, Brad Paisley and Scotty McCreery will perform during the show which airs Saturday, June 9 at 9/8 p.m. CT on GAC.

In addition to their performances, Carrie, Brad and Scotty as well as Natasha Bedingfield and NFL quarterback Kerry Collins will reveal some of their favorite heartache songs, tell their secrets to delivering a sad song with emotion and give their opinion on what the ultimate country heartache song is. “Anguish, grief and despair caused by lost love is something everyone can relate to and country artists tell these stories better than anyone,” Carrie Underwood said. “Sometimes the only way you really can express those feelings is through a song,” Natasha Beddingfield added.

Lee Ann Womack, Montgomery Gentry, Thompson Square, Jana Kramer, Kristen Kelly, actor Justin Deeley (“90210”) and GAC’s Nan Kelley and Storme Warren also weigh in with their thoughts on heartache during the episode.
