The Oak Ridge Boys Celebrate 40th Anniversary With Tour

The Oak Ridge Boys will celebrate 40 years in the music industry by kicking off The Oak Ridges Boys 40th Anniversary Tour on January 19-20, 2013 at the historic Opera House in Galveston, Texas. There will be a commemorative album available featuring four decades of hits plus a network television special and commemorative memorabilia in honor of the milestone anniversary.

The band will travel across the U.S. and Canada for a packed tour schedule. Show stops for the include John Ascuaga’s Nugget, Jamboree in the Hills, and the Kentucky State Fair. Special events will take place for all concerts at the Oak Ridge Boys Theatre in Branson, including America by Rail’s special excursions and train stops at the venue during the tour.

They will also take to high sea for The Oak Ridge Boys Rally at Sea, a luxury cruise that will set sail from February 28-March 4, 2013. The cruise will include two performances along with a meet and greet session, reception and more. For more information, visit

In November, the band will kick off their annual Christmas Tour. They will also release a new Christmas album, Christmas Time’s A-Comin,’ on September 25.  An exclusive version of the album is available at Cracker Barrel now.
