George Strait released his new single, “Give It All We Got Tonight,” to radio today. Recorded in Nashville, the song was written by Tim James, Phil O’Donnell and Mark Bright and produced by longtime producer Tony Brown. The song is the lead single from George’s upcoming new album.
“The song has a very unusual melody and very cool phrasing, which I’ve always been drawn to,” George said of the song about falling in love.
George recently announced his two-year The Cowboy Rides Away Tour, his final stretch of tour dates. The tour will kick off January 18, 2013 in Lubbock, Texas with Martina McBride as a special guest. For a full list of dates and ticket information, visit www.georgestrait.com.
