It’s hard to turn on the television this time of year without seeing a Christmas special or movie. Most everyone has a favorite, including country stars! The members of Lady Antebellum are fans of the classics.

“Favorite Christmas movie would have to be A Christmas Story,” Charles Kelley said. “I never get tired of it. ‘Shoot your eye out’ – it’s my favorite line.” His bandmates both call National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation their favorite but Hillary Scott adds It’s a Wonderful Life to her favorite holiday movies list.

Christmas movies are a family affair for Little Big Town. “One of our favorite Christmas traditions is gathering around the television to watch holiday movies,” Karen Fairchild said. “And I know [for] Kimberly, it starts with It’s a Wonderful Life. Ours is holiday movies and records, like certain records have to be played in order for Jimi.”

Luke Bryan and Mallary Hope are also fans of the Chevy Chase classic. “Every year, I probably watch it 20 times, but it’s hilarious, and it makes me think of my family,” Mallary said. “We watch it on Christmas Day, and we watch the parade, and I can’t wait to sit around and watch the holiday movies again this year.”

Kelleigh Bannen has a couple of favorites. I love White Christmas!” she said. ”That is an incredible movie. The music alone is incredible, so that one. And then, Home Alone. We watched that movie, I don’t even know how many times, so those two. We’ll do something classic and then we’ll do something hilarious.”
