Florida Georgia Line has caught the touring fever. After spending much of 2012 on the road promoting their debut single, “Cruise,” which reached No. 1, they’re learning what it’s like to play for packed houses night in and night out. They’re enjoying the chance to open for some of country’s biggest stars but they’ve set their sights on headlining their own shows one day.

“I’m hoping maybe in the fall we could do a little headlining tour ourselves,” Brian Kelley said. “We’re already brainstorming ideas and just the opportunity to do that would be really, really cool,” added Tyler Hubbard.

With 2012 being a huge debut year for the pair, they’re looking forward to what 2013 holds. “If it’s half as crazy as this year’s been it’s gonna be wild,” Tyler said. “Who knows where it’s gonna end up. But hopefully we’ll get to do a little headline tour, next fall.”

The pair will hit the road with Luke Bryan on his Dirt Road Diaries Tour kicking off later this month. Their new single, “Get Your Shine On,” was just released to radio.
