The Eli Young Band can’t wait to hit the road on Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Nation Tour in March, a schedule that includes 18 stadium dates, some of which hold more than 60,000 fans. How does the band prepare for that? “Pray,” Mike Eli joked.
Whether they’re playing a club with a couple thousand people or a large stadium, Mike and his bandmates know it’s important to adjust. “As an artist and as an entertainer, you have to get used to both,” Mike said. “And you have to approach them somewhat in the same kind of way. Essentially, you’re there to entertain.”
The No Shoes Nation Tour, which also includes Eric Church and Kacey Musgraves as well as Zac Brown Band on select dates, kicks off March 16 in Tampa.
