Justin Moore will launch his first headlining tour tonight in Pikeville, Kentucky. He’ll be joined on his Outlaws Like Me Tour by special guests Dustin Lynch and Jon Pardi. Justin knows Dustin well and is excited to hang out with him on the road.
“We’ve gotten to know each other over the years and he’s opened a lot of shows for us,” Justin said of Dustin. “That’ll be an easy, good fit for us. He’s having a lot of success right now with his first single being a top five record and I think his second single is headed that direction too so we’re fortunate to have him out with us.”
While Justin hasn’t spent much time with Jon Pardi, he’s looking forward to getting to know him. “I’ve heard a lot of good things about him and his music and heard that he likes to rock, so that will fit in with us really well,” Justin said.
Justin will use the next two months to test the waters of headlining. “Hopefully it goes really well and we have the opportunity to do a lot more dates in the fall,” he said. “And then potentially do that exclusively starting next year.”
Fans will get to hear Justin’s new single, “Point At You,” as well as some new material he’s currently working on for his third album, which is expected to be released later this year.
