Tate Stevens Makes Grand Ole Opry Debut

Tate Stevens, winner of FOX’s The X Factor Season 2, made his Grand Ole Opry debut on Saturday, June 8. The show segment was hosted by Grand Ole Opry and Country Music Hall of Fame member Mel Tillis. Performing on the Opry stage was a dream come true for Tate.

“Next to my children being born, performing at the Opry was the highlight of my life,” he said. “I have dreamed of performing on the Grand Ole Opry ever since I was a kid. It was the honor of a lifetime to be invited to perform there.” 

Tate has been touring in support of his recently released self-titled album, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart. The album features his first single, “Power of a Love Song.”
