Hunter Hayes plans his first international shows

Hunter Hayes’ 2013 album, (Encore).

Hunter Hayes will make his first trip overseas this summer. He’ll head to Japan for performances at Tower Records Shibuya and Tower Records Osaka. He will also join Jason Mraz for a special performance at Studio Coast in Tokyo on August 26.

Hunter’s latest release, the deluxe edition of Hunter Hayes (Encore), remains in the Top 5 on the sales charts. His current single, “I Want Crazy,” is approaching No. 1. With more than 5 million singles sold, Hunter holds the record for most digital singles sold from a debut country male.

In addition to his Japan tour, Hunter will perform two nights, October 18-19, at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium. He sold out both shows in less than an hour. Ashley Monroe will open the show as a special guest.
