With three multi-week No. 1 hits to their credit, Florida Georgia Line makes topping the charts look easy. They are only the second act in the history of the Billboard chart to have their first three singles spend multiple weeks at No. 1. While the duo is grateful for their success, they are also quick to point out it doesn’t come as easy as it may appear.
“There’s a lot of things that people don’t see,” Brian Kelley said. “They see the success but they don’t see the late hours and the early mornings and the autograph lines and us going out of our way to try make peoples’ days a little better; the studio time, the flights and all that stuff.”
Brian is also quick to remind people that he and Tyler Hubbard are not alone in their success. “There’s a lot of hard work [that goes] into that,” he said. “And there’s also an amazing team of support staff behind us that’s pushing just as hard as we are.”
Florida Georgia Line will kick off the Here’s To The Good Times Tour, their first tour as headliners, later this year. Their new single, “Stay,” was just released to country radio.
