The next round of tour dates will go on sale Friday, October 11 at 10 a.m. in the venue’s respective time zone. For a list of dates, visit www.georgestrait.com. Each weekend of the tour which kicks off January 9 in Bossier City, Louisiana, will include performances by one or more special guests, including Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow, Ronnie Dunn, Vince Gill, Merle Haggard, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Lee Ann Womack, Chris Young and more.
The final leg of George’s The Cowboy Rides Away Tour will stop at 26 venues before the tour bus is retired. George will still be making music, however, as he recently announced five more albums with his longtime label, MCA Nashville. He will also take part in the George Jones Tribute Show in Nashville on November 22.
