To quote her spunky song, “Tie It Up,” an ode to marriage, Kelly Clarkson is now “fit to be tied down.” Yesterday Kelly married Brandon Blackstock, tweeting today, “I’m officially Mrs. Blackstock :) We got married yesterday at Blackberry Farms in TN, the most beautiful place ever!”

Back in August, Kelly and Brandon (Reba McEntire‘s stepson and Blake Shelton‘s manager) decided to cancel their big wedding plans in favor of a smaller affair. “We sent out a save-the-date to everyone and then it got crazy and all the details were leaking,” she said. When they decided to elope instead, Kelly says they “sent out an engagement photo to everyone and said, ‘Thank you so much for understanding, but it’s just going to be me and Brandon and his two kids and the minister.’”

Kelly wore a beautiful long-sleeved lace gown by designer Temperley and thanked the designer on Twitter, saying “Thnx Temperley 4 my beautiful dress! & thank you to my friend @JimVerraros & Maria Elena 4 the beautiful headpiece!”
