Luke Bryan crashed Nashville over the weekend with a two-night stand at Bridgestone Arena. The shows were a part of Luke’s Dirt Road Diaries Tour and each one sold out within five minutes of tickets being made available. Florida Georgia Line and Thompson Square were on hand for Friday’s show with Dierks Bentley and Cole Swindell opening on Saturday.
Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood of Lady Antebellum also took the stage on Friday night, joining Luke for a performance of Luke’s No. 1 hit “Do I” which they wrote together. Backstage, Luke’s label, Capitol Nashville, presented him with a Platinum plaque honoring one million units sold of his Crash My Party album.
Luke’s Dirt Road Diaries Tour wraps October 26 in West Palm Beach. He announced that he will kick off his new headlining That’s My Kind of Night Tour in January 2014. His latest single, “That’s My Kind of Night,” is nearing the top of the charts.
