When Tim McGraw, a Louisiana native, first heard his latest single, “Southern Girl,” he knew it should go on his album. The song is reflective of a way of life Tim knows.

“’Southern Girl’ is a song that reminds me, every time I sing it, of the lifestyle that I lived growing up and the things that we used to do growing up,” he said. “Just a visual of my high school and college days in Louisiana.”

The song also represents Tim’s life with wife Faith Hill and their three daughters. “Since I married a Southern girl and am raising Southern girls, it certainly fits my life perfectly,” he said.

Tim and Faith will return to the Venetian in Las Vegas for 10 more weekends of their Soul2Soul shows beginning October 25-26 and running through April.
