ACM Lifting Lives has announced that the November “My Cause” web feature will spotlight The Henningsens and Elijah’s Heart. The monthly series brings awareness to artist-supported charitable organizations. It also supports fundraising efforts for those organizations. To watch the web feature, visit

“My Cause: Elijah’s Heart” highlights an organization whose purpose is to show love to underprivileged children and their families, assist them with practical needs and raise awareness about their situations to inspire others to act. Throughout America, countless children and their families battle poverty, hunger, poor education and other plights that go unnoticed.

My Cause allows ACM Lifting Lives to demonstrate the Academy’s support of country artists. Over the past two years, ACM Lifting Lives has donated more than $190,000 to artists’ favorite charities and will again make donations.

ACM Lifting Lives is the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music, dedicated to improving lives through music. Each year, the organization provides grants to music therapy and music education programs. It also supports members of the country music community facing unexpected medical or financial hardship.
