Florida Georgia Line can claim the best-selling digital country single in history. Their smash hit “Cruise” has sold more than 6.6 million downloads to date. The song spent 24 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart, making it the longest running No. 1 since the chart’s inception.
The duo, made up of Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard, co-wrote “Cruise” with producer Joey Moi, Chase Rice and Jesse Rice. Since signing with Big Machine Label Group’s Republic Nashville imprint in 2012, the duo has received numerous honors, including CMA Duo of the Year, ACM New Artist of the Year and the American Music Award for the all-genre Single of the Year.
Florida Georgia Line has earned four consecutive multi-week No. 1 hits with “Cruise,” “Get Your Shine On,” “Round Here” and “Stay.” They will join Jason Aldean on the next leg of his Night Train Tour, which kicks off January 9 in Bossier City, Louisiana, and plan to release “This Is How We Roll” as their next single in the coming weeks.
