Blake Shelton has made history with his 11th consecutive No. 1 single, “Doin’ What She Likes.” The feat gives him the most consecutive No. 1s in monitored country airplay history. The song marks Blake’s 16th chart topper overall and can be found on his latest album, Based On A True Story.
Warner Music Nashville, Blake’s record label, tweeted the good news earlier this week. Blake replied through Twitter, writing “That’s HUGE!” Yeeee hawwww!!!”
Blake will co-host the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards with Luke Bryan on Sunday, April 6. The show will air live on CBS at 8/7c. Fans will be able to catch Blake on tour this summer when his Ten Times Crazier Tour kicks off in June.
