Watch the Country Music Hall of Fame Inductees Announcement Live

The Country Music Hall of Fame will announce its next class of inductees on Tuesday, April 22. Fans can stream the announcement live from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s Rotunda on CMAWorld.com at 11/10 a.m. CT.

Inductees will be announced in the Modern Area category, Veteran Era category and the category that rotates between Non-Performer, Recording and/or Touring Musician, and this year’s category, Songwriter. To be eligible for the Modern Era Category, the inductee must have received national prominence more than 20 years ago. To be eligible for the Veteran Era Category, the inductee must have received national prominence more than 45 years ago.

Election to the Country Music Hall of Fame is Country Music’s highest honor. The Country Music Association created the accolade to recognize “significant contributions to the advancement of country music by individuals in both the creative and business communities.” The first members Jimmie Rodgers, Fred Rose and Hank Williams were inducted in 1961.
