In the heart of downtown Nashville, amongst honky-tonks and tents, sits a 2,400 square-foot wooden building called “The Lodge.” Great American Country’s sister network, HGTV, wanted to connect country music fans with their favorite artists in a more intimate setting. With autograph signings, a mobile device recharging station, a $5,000 cash giveaway and live musical performances from Kip Moore, Dierks Bentley and Rascal Flatts, the HGTV Lodge offers CMA Music Festival-goers the ultimate country music experience.
Suzanne Alexander, from Great American Country’s Daily Countdown, hosted Friday’s Top 20 Country Countdown on site at The Lodge. She also hosted the musical performances on Thursday. Nan Kelly will appear at The Lodge on Saturday and Sunday.
Fans are encouraged to share their experiences at The Lodge via Twitter and Instagram using the hashtags #lovehgtv and #lovemusic.
