Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will return to host the CMA Awards for the seventh straight year. People broke the news via their Instagram account on Tuesday morning, using Paisley and Underwood bobbleheads and conversation bubbles to make the official announcement.
Paisley and Underwood have become fans’ favorite duo, known for their unique brand of humor, comedic chemistry and the hilarious songs and dances they perform during monologues. The pair first hosted the awards in 2008.
Paisley is currently a judge on ABC’s Rising Star. His new album, Moonshine in the Trunk, will hit stores on August 26. Underwood is in the studio working on new music.
The 2014 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on November 5 at 8/7c on ABC.
