Each year, we ask fans to help choose the best country music videos of the year for our year-end Top 50 Country Countdown. The fans have spoken and Blake Shelton tops the chart for the fourth year in a row, this time with “Boys ‘Round Here.” Last Year, fans voted Blake at No. 1 with “Over.” He topped the chart in 2011 with “God Gave Me You” and in 2010 with “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking.”

Top 50 Country Countdown Reveals The Top Videos of 2013

We once again turned to you, the fans, to determine the best videos of the year! Top 50 Country Countdown, hosted by HGTV’s Property Brothers Jonathan Scott and Drew Scott, airs in a special five-night event Monday through Friday, December 23-27 at 10/9c on Great American Country, counting down the top videos of 2013. A special marathon preview airs this Sunday, December 22, at 2/1c.

Top 50 Country Countdown will look back at the year in music, revealing fan favorites in a list that includes country superstars and hot newcomers. Filmed at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Jonathan and Drew had plenty of visitors, including Brett Eldredge, Darius Rucker, Thompson Square and Chris Young, Farm Kings Dan King, rodeo star Trevor Brazile and The Jubilee Showgirls. HGTV’s Property Brothers Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott —will host Great American Country’s annual year-end Top 50 Country Countdown, which will premiere as a five-hour marathon event on Sunday, December 22 at 1:30/12:30c. They will emcee the fan-voted countdown as well as chat with country stars whose videos have been some of the most requested of 2013.

“We are big fans of country music,” Drew said. “Hosting Great American Country’s Top 50 Country Countdown is an honor, and it’ll be a lot of fun.”

“I’m going to do my best to get Drew in a Dolly Parton wig,” Jonathan added.

Top 50 Country Countdown will film in Las Vegas in December as a five-part series. Following its marathon premiere on December 22, the series will air in 5 installments nightly the week of December 23 at 10/9c. Billboard.com has released their Top Country Albums of 2012. Taylor Swift’s Red tops the chart with albums from Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, Lady Antebellum and Carrie Underwood rounding out the Top 5. Taylor also has two more albums appearing in the Top 50.

Billboard.com has revealed the Top Country Songs of 2012! Josh Turner’s “Time Is Love” tops the year-end chart with songs from Brantley Gilbert, Jana Kramer, Dustin Lynch and Gloriana rounding out the Top 5. Luke Bryan recorded the most songs in the Top 50 with three of his hits making the chart.

Billboard’s Top 50 Country Artists of 2012

Taylor Swift has been named Billboard.com’s Top Country Artist of 2012. Taylor was also Billboard’s Top Country Artist in 2011. Jason Aldean comes in at no. 2 with Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum and Carrie Underwood rounding out the Top 5.

The Top 20 includes several new faces this year. Lionel Richie secured the No. 15 spot with the release of his country duets album, Tuskegee. Lee Brice, Hunter Hayes and Little Big Town also made the Top 20 this year.
