Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins, Little Big Town, Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Sawyer Brown, Gloriana and Kellie Pickler are just some of the artists scheduled to perform during the first Show Me Music and Arts Festival in Springfield, MO. The festival will kick off on Friday June 17 at 1:30pm and run through Sunday, June 19.
Friday night, Gloriana, REO Speedwagon, Love & Theft, Matt Kennon, Bushhawg and Trace Adkins will perform. On Saturday, Train, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Sawyer Brown, The McClyments, Brennin and Jessie James will perform along with duo Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson. Sunday, the festival wraps up with One Republic, Little Big Town, Kellie Pickler, Joe Nichols, and Steve Holy with superstar Tim McGraw bringing the festival to a close. Continue Reading
Maxim magazine has once again released their list of the hottest women in country music. For some reason they decided to whittle the field down to just 13. Which means they’re leaving a lot of deserving ladies out. For example, how in the world can you not include Faith Hill, Reba, Martina McBride and LeAnn Rimes? When the GACTV.com staff heard that the popular men’s magazine Maxim decided to put out a list of the “Hottest Women of Country Music,” I reluctantly stepped forward to do some research. It’s a tough job but somebody has to do it. So off I went to Maxim.com to review the list, presented in the form of a photo gallery. The list was comprised of a total of 19 women.
