Looks like Little Big Town is going to need a bigger bus this year! Preferably one with a nursery.
Congratulations goes out to Karen Fairchild and Jimi Westbrook on the birth of their first child, a son, this past Friday in Nashville, TN. Baby Elijah Dylan Westbrook weighed 7 lbs., 14 oz., and was 19 and ¾ inches long.
People.com caught up with the happy new parents, “We’ve been waiting for this for a long time and can’t tell you how thrilled and blessed we both feel,” says Karen, who went on to say that her hubby is going to be a “natural” at fatherhood. Continue Reading

When the GACTV.com staff heard that the popular men’s magazine Maxim decided to put out a list of the “Hottest Women of Country Music,” I reluctantly stepped forward to do some research. It’s a tough job but somebody has to do it. So off I went to Maxim.com to review the list, presented in the form of a photo gallery. The list was comprised of a total of 19 women. The Associated Press reports that Little Big Town‘s Jimi Westbrook and Karen Fairchild are expecting their first child. They made the announcement just before performing at the “All for the Hall” Country Music Hall of Fame fundraiser concert Tuesday night.
The AP says when LBT was asked if the group had anything new to talk about, Kimberly Schlapman pointed at Karen’s belly and said, “I have something really new.” Continue Reading
